Hey, I’m Umar Stelvio (scroll down to see my face), Founder and editor of moneytalkblog.com. I started my journey to financial freedom 2 years ago. I’m now 30 years of age.
My current net worth is approximately $409,564. That’s from 1 property and 2 successful online businesses.
I made a tonne of mistakes which slowed down my progress so much, but I’m here to make sure you reach financial independence, sooner.
You’ll learn about how to make money online, start and scale your own side hustle, save more money, invest safely, and reach financial freedom. I also want you to love life. Money will make you happy, but only if you understand that there’s more to life than money.
My Motivation
In these last 2 years, I have witnessed thousands of people from my generation (the millennials), drop their 9 to 5’s in favor of becoming wealthy for themselves, as opposed to creating wealth for their employers.
It’s unprecedented. This many people in a single generation, realizing that the old ways don’t work anymore. It’s not just for the money either, there’s so much more to life than working every hour of the day to make pocket change.
Inflation is currently at an all-time high across the globe, but wages aren’t increasing anywhere close to that. Costs of essential and luxury items have tripled. Your monthly wage now only gets you a 3rd of what it used to, and that’s without factoring in taxes.
But I’ve also seen something truly inspiring as there has never been a better or easier time to become wealthy. Achieving financial freedom is so much easier than you think and I’m on my journey too.
